Here you can find information about our neighborhood and stay updated regarding community discussions and find important links to our covenants, guidelines and neighborhood resources.  The HOA invites the entire community to stay connected and engaged and we hope you find this site useful.   

A little bit about the HOA:  The HOA consists of volunteer homeowners within the community who work together as a team to collectively manage the upkeep of the community.  This includes vendor & contractor relationships, monthly accounting, annual expenses, maintenance of the common grounds, and a sounding board for neighborhood concerns.   In addition, we strive to ensure neighborhood guidelines are adhered to, and our neighborhood remains a safe, secure and astetic environment for all of us to enjoy.  Our ultimate goal is to protect the value of our properties.   Currently there are 5 members of the board (see HOA board tab)  The board meets monthly to discuss topics at hand.  We do have a community-wide meeting annually, typically in late January that all members of the community are asked to attend in person, virtual or by proxy.  

Communication:  There are multiple ways we communicate with the homeowners.  Email is our first line of communication.   It's imperative that if you are not receiving emails from us (an example would be the monthly community newsletter) please make sure you reach out to us to update your contact information.   We also post messages and quick updates on our Facebook page.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR APRIL NEWSLETTER

Community Survey was sent by email to all homeowners regarding community common areas.  The deadline for completion was May 1st, and we had close to 50% participation.   If you didn't get a survey to complete please contact us.   Results of the survey will be published shortly.
